Baraquiel glared at the Horseman, having sensed what he was. “You should not be here,” said the young angel.

Pestilence chuckled quietly.

“Shouldn’t be, but here I am,” He replied in a nonchalant fashion, easily brushing away the unmistakeable abhorrence directed at him.

“You aren’t going to stop me either.”

The young angel narrowed his gaze, still ever the soldier as he sensed the… the darkness that seemed to come from this other being. It was a Horseman, exactly like the other—but different. He was unsure which of the four riders stood before him now, but Baraquiel did not care about such details. “You will not harm the human beings that exist here,” he warned, his voice low and threatening.

Pestilence smiled, quite amused by the angel’s foreboding talk. Nevertheless he kept wary and on-guard- and certainly remembered the last time he had encountered an angel. Pestilence thought the odds had been in his favor then but in the end he had been on the losing side.

“I’d be a poor excuse for a Horseman of the Apocalypse,” The male spoke up, “if I listened to every angel that told me not to ravage humanity. You are no exception.”

"These people are special. They are important and I will protect if you dare to harm them," continued Baraquiel, stepping closer to the Horseman. "As I have said to your fellow riders, it is no longer your time. The Apocalypse is over."

ooc.

Sorry for the sudden disappearance again.

BAAADD migraine all week. Still not gone.

And it makes it really difficult to look at the computer :(

I hope to be back in full functioning order soon, though. If I’m not too doped up on pain pills ;)
